Kristen E. Marinaccio is a partner at Harwood Lloyd, practicing in the Family Law Department. She handles all areas of matrimonial and family law including divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, the calculation of alimony and child support, equitable distribution of assets, enforcement and modification applications, pre-marital agreements and adoptions (including stepparent adoption and co-parent adoption) as well as family law appellate practice.

Kristen received her J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2016. She received her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College in 2013. Following her graduation from law school, Kristen clerked in the Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey for the Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division-Family Part, the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, P.J.F.P.

Kristen is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. She has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Star, Family Law List in 2023 and 2024. The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division based in Egan, MN. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. The decisions made by Super Lawyers have not been approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Kristen has also been named to the Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch for 2024 and 2025.
