Peter T. Berkanish is an Associate in Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department where he focuses on commercial transactions and litigation, as well as corporate governance matters.
Peter received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2024. While at St. John’s, Peter was an Article and Notes Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Prior to attending St. John’s, Peter received his B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College in 2020.
