Commercial RE Paralegal
Harwood Lloyd is seeking a full-time paralegal with 3-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bank loan reviews
- Preparation of commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements and closing binders.
- Experience communicating directly with clients
- Coordination of closings and meetings
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Detail oriented
- Current technological skills
- Team player
