Mr. Albohm’s primary areas of practice are in Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Estate and Gift Tax Matters. Mr. Albohm counsels clients and helps them design and realize both appropriate and realistic estate planning goals. In the complicated area of Estate and Trust Administration, Mr. Albohm provides a level of skill, which can help minimize taxes and maximize the amount of wealth passing to family.

Mr. Albohm received an AB in Economics from Rutgers College, and his Juris Doctor with Distinction from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He did post graduate studies in taxation at New York University Law School, New York, New York.

Mr. Albohm is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council and he is Past Chairman of Elder Law Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association.
