Cassandra Donovan is an accomplished attorney with a comprehensive background in civil litigation. She utilizes her vast professional background and legal experience to represent clients in various phases of the litigation process. Ms. Donovan’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation in several areas, including general liability, NY Labor Law/Construction litigation, toxic torts, professional liability, municipal liability, and automobile liability.

For more than a decade, Ms. Donovan was actively engaged in the defense and management of an extensive caseload, on behalf of major corporate clients, in the Upstate New York Asbestos Litigation. Ms. Donovan has also successfully defended officers and directors of housing cooperatives/corporations in New York State Supreme Courts, and before the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Ms. Donovan is affiliated with the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and the New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”). She has also served as a member of the ABA Council of Appellate Lawyers Rules Committee.  Additionally, Ms. Donovan was a member of the Board of Trustees of Wage Education International from 2017 until 2023. Ms. Donovan is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Southern Districts Courts of New York.
