Harwood Lloyd, LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen Wellinghorst will join David Repetto as the new Co-Managing Partner for the firm. Steve’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense litigation, representing insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and municipalities. Steve specializes in premises liability, representing the largest mall in New Jersey as well as the largest franchised quick service food company in the world and the largest supermarket chain on the east coast, and has successfully litigated multi-million-dollar lawsuits on behalf of his clients.
