Appellate defense of Insured Summary Judgment Win Argued by Colin Fitzpatrick
Colin Fitzpatrick argued his first Appeal today. Harwood Lloyd’s client had been granted summary judgment by the trial court and Colin successfully presented arguments that the lower Court was correct in dismissing the case against our client and denying a co-defendant indemnification.
