Honorable Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C, granted Summary Judgment.
On December 16, 2024, the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C, granted Summary Judgment in favor of all third-party defendants, including my client Conklin Electric & Construction, LLC (“Conklin”), dismissing the third party complaint of National Winter Activity Center D/B/A Winter4Kids, (“NWAC”). The trial court granted said motions based on NWAC’s failure to provide an expert report to substantiate its claims.
The court further ordered that defendant/third-party plaintiff NWAC’s cross-motions seeking summary judgment as to Conklin was denied.
This matter is the subject of an appeal pending before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
