Suzanne D. Tullo is an associate in Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department where she regularly advises clients on a broad range of commercial transactions including real estate investments and re-financing.
Ms. Tullo received her B.A. from Syracuse University in 2017. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021.
Upon her graduation from Syracuse University, Suzanne worked at ALM Media in Content Operations where she managed ALM’s freelance writers and authored articles in the company’s Insurance and Legal news publications.
After graduating law school, Ms. Tullo served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol A.J.S.C. and the Honorable Walter F. Skrod J.S.C. in Bergen County Superior Court for the 2021-2022 Court term.
Ms. Tullo is admitted to practice before the Court of the State of New Jersey (2021), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2021), and the Court of the State of New York (2022).
Ms. Tullo is a member of the Essex County Bar Association where she serves as incoming Public Relations Chair (2023-2024 term) for the Young Lawyers Section. Ms. Tullo is also a member of the Bergen County Bar, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Women Lawyers in Bergen.
