Randy M. Pearce is an associate in Harwood Lloyd’s General Litigation Department.
Mr. Pearce received his B.A. from Connecticut College in 2014. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018.
While in law school, Mr. Pearce was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review Journal and the Seton Hall School of Law Interscholastic Moot Court Board. Mr. Pearce worked as a Clinical Law Student in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice – Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic where he represented various individuals seeking asylum, and assisted a client in obtaining a human trafficking visa. Mr. Pearce served as an elected board member of several student organizations, including the St. Thomas More Society, the Federalist Society and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
Prior to joining Harwood Lloyd, Mr. Pearce served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C. at the Bergen County Superior Court. After graduation, Mr. Pearce was then employed as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C. for the 2018-2019 Court Term.
Mr. Pearce is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (2018). He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Bergen County Bar Association.
