Michael Pinkard is an associate in Harwood Lloyd’s Insurance Litigation Department, with a concentration in insurance defense. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 2013, with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. He received his J.D. from William & Mary School of Law in 2018, where he served as director of Student Legal Services, an organization that provided pro bono legal guidance to the William & Mary community.
Prior to joining Harwood Lloyd, Mike gained years of experience litigating matters involving commercial motor vehicle accidents, commercial premises liability accidents, property damage claims, civil rights actions, and more.
Mike is currently admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (2022), the State of New York (2020), the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (2021), and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2021).
