GREGORY IRWIN AND PETER WOJCIK OBTAIN MAJOR VICTORY ON SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTION
This matter involved a plaintiff who slipped and fell on ice, sustaining significant injuries, including multiple fractures that necessitated surgery and extensive medical treatment.
Multiple corporate entities and individuals that owned properties in the area of the plaintiff’s fall were named as defendants in the lawsuit, one of which was represented by Harwood Lloyd. After completion of discovery, Gregory Irwin moved for summary judgment on behalf of our client. At issue was whether there was sufficient evidence for a reasonable juror to find our client liable.
Peter Wojcik argued the motion before the Honorable Anthony D’Elia, J.S.C. on February 27, 2023. The Court granted Harwood Lloyd’s motion, dismissing all claims against our client.
