Partner Joseph Scorese chairs and presents at Tax Conferences in New York City.
On July 12, 2018, Joseph Scorese presented a program for the American Bar Association’s “2018 Skills Training for Estate Planners” Conference at New York Law School entitled “But Wait! We’re Still Not Finished!”: Slicing and Dicing with Generation-Skipping Trusts After the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.”
Joseph Scorese again chaired and moderated the New York University’s Summer Institute of Taxation Conference “Introduction to Trusts and Estates”, which took place in New York City on July 16 – 18. Within the Conference Joe also presented on the topic of : “Multi-Generational Planning and The Generation-Skipping Tax.”
Joe is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and lectures frequently in the area of Estate and Tax Planning for wealthy individuals and their families.
