Minjung Suh is Counsel in the Harwood Lloyd Commercial Department.
Ms. Suh focuses on the areas of corporate, commercial transactions and real estate transactions.
Ms. Suh received her B.A. in English Language and Literature from Yonsei University, South Korea in 1999. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2008.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Suh worked at Global Financial Market Ops of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Seoul, Korea for 4 years. At that time, she was responsible for middle office functions and a variety of financial products. Based on this experience, she has in-depth knowledge of financial products and treasury flows.
In addition, she is a certified public accountant with in depth knowledge of accounting and taxation.
During her law school years, Ms. Suh did an externship for the Honorable James P. Flannery at the Law Division of Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. In addition, she was awarded CALI for highest class grade in Federal Tax Clinic.
Prior to joining Harwood Lloyd, Ms. Suh was a corporate associate at Rosensteel Law (f/k/a Rosensteel & Beckmann LLC) in New York City. While at Rosensteel Law, her practice focused on corporate governance and corporate transactions.
She is an approved legal advisor for Korea Software Industrial Association.
She is actively involved in the community and has participated in and arranged various pro bono projects through the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Ms. Suh is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (2008), the courts of the State of New York (2009), and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (2012).
Ms. Suh is a member of New Jersey State Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
In 2017, Ms. Suh was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a member of the District Fee Arbitration Committee.
